Placing an Order

- After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email includes your order details and any applicable delivery charges.
- Please note: This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- We will accept your order only after receiving full payment.
- You can track your order status at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Track My Order.”
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.
Shipping & Collection
We currently deliver to countries where we are legally authorized to offer our products. You may choose to:
- Ship your order to a selected address
- Collect your order from an authorized collection point (if applicable in your area)
Delivery:
Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location, delivery method, and product availability. We will always aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe shared in your confirmation email. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Collection:
If you choose store pickup (when available), you will be asked to select a location at checkout. You must collect your order within 7 days of receiving a pickup notification. If the order is not collected within this period, we may cancel the order, return the items to our warehouse, and process a refund if applicable.
Delivery Attempts:
If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier will contact you to arrange redelivery. We will only leave the parcel with a third party (e.g. building staff) if we have your prior approval.
Note: Once an order is delivered or collected, all responsibility and risk pass to you.
Delays & Availability
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as high demand, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed, but cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.
