United States — Free Shipping on Orders $35+

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the U.S.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited options available at checkout

Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $35 are charged a flat rate of $5.95.

Shipping timeframes begin once the order is shipped, not when it’s placed. Free shipping thresholds apply after discounts and promo codes are applied.


Canada — Free Shipping on Orders 60 CAD+

Orders over 60 CAD ship free. Shipping on smaller orders is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


UAE — Free Shipping on Orders AED 150+

All orders are delivered within 2 business days. Orders over AED 150 qualify for free shipping. Orders under this threshold are charged a flat rate of AED 20.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery time and shipping rates vary depending on the destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & Africa: 14–21 business days
  • Middle East (excluding UAE) & Asia: 20–30 business days

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days for a full refund.

Final sale items and visibly worn products are not eligible for return.


Quality Guarantee

All Chiffon products are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.


How to Start a Return

For US Customers

Returns are easy and can be submitted through our online portal. A $5 fee is deducted from refund requests to cover shipping and processing, but this fee is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit.

Steps:

  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Choose your return method: refund, exchange, or store credit
  5. Print the label or use the QR code, and drop off your return package

For UAE & International Customers

Returns can be submitted online, but shipping must be arranged by the customer.

Steps:

  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost parcels. Refunds are issued for returned items only — original shipping and any customs fees are non-refundable.
